There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.There is a maximum output current of 2A.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 2A.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.When the supply voltage is 35V, it is at its maximum operation.The supply voltage of 4.5V is its minimum value for operation.The supply voltage is 10μA.Operation is configured with 2 channels.
