In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.WGate driversh a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.In the device, there are 8 pins.There is a maximum output current of 14A.For its basis, 1 outputs are integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.35V is its maximum operating voltage.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.A total of 1 channels are configured for operation.
