Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tube.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~35V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.Devices have 8 pins available.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2A volts.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.35V is its maximum operating voltage.The supply voltage of 4.5V is its minimum value for operation.The device is configured to operate on 1 channels.
