A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.
