For greater flexibility, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is adopted.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration starts with 16 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number IXD*404.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.In the device, there are 16 pins.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 18V V.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.This device supports a current output of 4A at the output.
