For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~35V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.There is an output current limit of 2A for this device.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.An output current of 2A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.For operation, the supply voltage of 35V is the maximum value.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.The supply voltage of this device is 1mA and it operates with that voltage.There are 2 channels configured for operation.
