For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.The maximum output current can amount to 2A.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 35V is the maximum value.A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for operation.Mosfet driver ic has a configuration of 2 channels.
