A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.The output current supported by the device is 4A.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.35V is its maximum operating voltage.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.The supply voltage is 10μA.The device is configured to operate on 2 channels.
