For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~30V.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.The output current of this device can be set to 3A.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.When the supply voltage is 35V, it is at its maximum operation.This device is designed to operate with a voltage of 4.5V.The power supply voltage for this device is set to 3mA.
