Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~30V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The basis of this model has 2 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 3A.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.With a supply voltage of 3mA, it operates.Operation of the device is limited to 2 channels.
