A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The board has a total of 8 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 36V.
