In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.Under its base part number IR2308SPBF, various related parts can be found.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 15V.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 350mA.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.This device is capable of delivering 350mA current.Its maximum power dissipation of 625mW shows its power loss capacity without overheating.When this voltage is produced, it is marked as 10V.
