ICE40LP384-CM36TR Overview
In the package 36-VFBGA, this product is provided. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 25 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. A fundamental building block contains 384 logic elements or cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. A supply voltage of 1.14V~1.26V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. The iCE40? LP Series is one of the types of FPGAs that belong to this type. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. 36 terminations are present in total. Its base part number ICE40LP384 can be used to find parts that are related to it. This cable has 36 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. An array of 48 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. With a 1.2V supply voltage, designers can fully utilize the flexibility of the device. The architecture of the system is based on 48 CLBs. It operates at 21μA amps of supply current.
