FAN5362UC27X Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. 3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.9V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.7V volts. NOT SPECIFIED is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators. The FAN5362 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. At 2.7V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. For switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 2.7V. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 500mA A. Switching regulators operate at 5.5V supply voltages. The PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE IS ALSO POSSIBLE feature adds to the efficiency and stability of this switching regulator.
