This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-UFBGA, WLCSP package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. 2.4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 4A. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the FAN53555 family. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 1.23V volts.
