FAN23SV06PAMPX Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 34 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 34-PowerTFQFN package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz~1.5MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 18V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 5.5V volts. For switching regulator operation, 34 pins are used. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 600mV. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 6A A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 5.5V.
