FAN2365MPX Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 34 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 34-PowerTFQFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz~1MHz. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
