There are two packages that contain fpga chips: FBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The basic building blocks of logic contain 109424 logic elements/cells. Supply voltage is 1.2V volts. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. In this device, there are 393 outputs that can be used. As a whole, it has 672 terminations. The RAM si686.3kBe of this FPGA module reaches 686.3kB so as to guarantee the normal operation of the program during operation. In this case, 672 pins are used in the design. Its flexibility is fully utilized when operated with a supply voltage of 1.2V. It is powered by a 1.21.2/3.32.5V battery, which can be purchased separately. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 85°C. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. With a total of 672 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. There are 6839 logic blocks (LABs) that make up the system's basic building block. In this FPGA module, there is a memory of 686.3kB that can be used to store programs and data. There is a maximum supply voltage of 1.24V that is supported by this product. The minimal supply voltage required for it is 1.16V. With this FPGA, the maximum frequency reaches a maximum of 200MHz. In order to interface with the real world, it is equipped with 8 transceivers that generate high-speed signals. There are 393 GPIOs in the system that can handle both incoming and outgoing digital signals.
