There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. A fundamental building block is made up of 22320 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1V volts is required. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. This device is powered by a 0.97V~1.03V battery. An FPGA belonging to the Cyclone? IV E series is referred to as an FPGA. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. In this device, there are 153 outputs that can be used. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. In total, it has 256 terminations on each end. There are 608256 RAM bits that are available with this device. Its base part number EP4CE22 can be used to find related parts. This FPGA is built as an array of 1395 LABs/CLBs. Fpga electronics operates from a 11.2/3.32.5V power supply. Typically, it uses a crystal oscillating at 362MHz in order to operate.
