Fpga chips is supplied in the PQFP package. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. Its 128 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. Logic blocks consist of 39600 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 1.2V volts. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. For the program to work properly, the RAM si141.8kBe of this FPGA module must reach 141.8kB GB in order to ensure normal operation. The device is designed with 240 pins in total. It is estimated that the maximum frequency of this FPGA is around 315MHz.
