Fpga chips is supplied in the PQFP package. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. Its 128 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. Logic blocks consist of 39600 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 1.2V volts. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family.
