There are two packages that contain fpga chips: FBGA package and X package. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. A total of 758 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block consists of 90960 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. There is a Field Programmable Gate Arrays family component in this FPGA part. There are 750 outputs incorporated in this device. Fpga electronics is important that this FPGA module has a RAM si551.8kBe of 551.8kB in order to ensure that the program will run normally. In this case, there are 1020 pins on the board.
