There is greater flexibility with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 3 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 6V~38V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C.The input type is Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 40 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number DRV8304.In the device, there are 40 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 8V has to be applied.As a result, it has adopted BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog integrated circuit.
