For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.Under its base part number MCP1407, various related parts can be found.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.Gate drivers in this series are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
