In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V.
