BU2630FV-E2 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input.
