BU2630FV-E2 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 80MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.5V~5.5V.
