BU2624AF-E2 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-SOIC (0.213, 5.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 180MHz Max.
