AFS600-FGG484I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. Its 172 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.5V. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. This device is powered by a 1.425V~1.575V battery. The Fusion? series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the Fusion? family of FPGAs. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ at all times. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. In total, it has 484 terminations on each end. This device is equipped with 110592 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si110592e. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number AFS600. There is a maximum RAM si13.5kBe of 13.5kB on this FPGA module, which is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the program. In order to make it work, 484 pins have been designed.
