There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 97 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. Supply voltage is 1.5V volts. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.425V~1.575V . The Automotive, AEC-Q100, ProASIC3 Series is one of the types of FPGAs that belong to this type. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~125°C TA. There are 97 outputs incorporated in this device. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, it has 144 terminations on each end. This device has 36864 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. Its base part number A3P125 can be used to find parts that are related to it. It is crucial that the RAM si4.5kBe of this FPGA module reaches 4.5kB so that the program can run normally. 144 pins are designed into the device. According to its specifications, this FPGA will be able to work fantastically as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount. With a 1.5V supply voltage, designers can fully utilize the flexibility of the device. Power is provided by a 1.5/3.3V battery that is included with the device.
