A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 21MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
