This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An up to 21MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 6V to operate this time clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V for normal operation. As long as you provide 3V~6V supply voltage, it will work.
