The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 2.7MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As long as there are 3V~15V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. This electronic component can be classified into Phase Lock Loop (PLL).
