SL23EP08SI-1H Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. There are 16 pins that are available on the frequency generator. ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output. Clock PLL has 8 signal outputs to maximi8e output frequency. The maximal same edge skew (tskwd) can not be exceeded.
