There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. Having 178 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 50000 logic elements/cells. Supply voltage is 1.2V volts. Field Programmable Gate Arrays family FPGA part. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. A supply voltage of 1.15V~1.25V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. As part of the MAX? 10 series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ at all times. There are 178 outputs incorporated in this device. Fpga chips is designed to maximiTraye space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tray. 256 terminations are present in total.
