In the 672-BGA package, you will find fpga chips. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. Fpga chips is programmed wFpga chipsh 500 I/Os for transferring data in a more coherent manner. Logic blocks consist of 40000 logic elements/cells. 1.2V volts power it. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Field Programmable Gate Arrays. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.15V~1.25V . The FPGA belongs to the MAX? 10 series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. A total of 500 outputs are incorporated into this device. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. Total terminations are 672. The RAM bits that this device offer is 1290240. A total of 2500 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. Power is supplied to the device by a 1.2V battery.
