In the package 484-BGA, this product is provided. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. A total of 360 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 40000 logic elements/cells are required. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. FPGA parts like this belong to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. With a supply voltage of 1.15V~1.25V, this device operates with ease. It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the MAX? 10 series of FPGAs. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ at all times. There are 360 outputs incorporated in this device. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. As a whole, it has 484 terminations. There are 1290240 RAM bits that are available with this device. The FPGA consists of 2500 LABs/CLBs. Power is provided by a 1.2V battery that is included with the device.
