In the package 324-LFBGA, this product is provided. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. A total of 246 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block consists of 16000 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. A supply voltage of 1.15V~1.25V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. As part of the MAX? 10 series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. In order to make this device as versatile as possible, there are 246 different outputs included. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. There are a total of 324 terminations. The RAM bits that are offered by this fpga chips are 562176. A significant amount of RAM is allocated to this FPGA module to ensure that the program can operate normally. An array of 1000 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. This is a battery operated device that operates on 1.2V. This FPGA module embeds a memory of 296kB available for storing programs and data. Fpga semiconductor operates at a frequency of 416MHz to deliver high efficiency. Using FLASH memory, resources can be avoided conflicts and data can be stored efficiently.
