In the 256-LBGA package, you will find fpga chips. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 178 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. To form a fundamental building block, there are 16000 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. There is a Field Programmable Gate Arrays family component in this FPGA part. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. Powered by a 1.15V~1.25V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. The MAX? 10 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the MAX? 10 family of FPGAs. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. This device is equipped with 178 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. In total, the terminations of this piece are 256. Having a RAM bit size of 562176 means that this device will offer you a lot of memory. This FPGA is built as an array of 1000 LABs/CLBs. An external power supply of 1.2V is required to power the device.
