This package is included in the 324-LFBGA package and is available for purchase. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. This device features 246 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 8000 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Field Programmable Gate Arrays. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. This device is powered by a 1.15V~1.25V battery. There are many types of FPGAs in the MAX? 10 series, this is one of them. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~85°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. There are 246 outputs incorporated in this device. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. In total, it has 324 terminations on each end. This device is equipped with 387072 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si387072e. An array of 500 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. The device runs on a 1.2V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate.
