In the 256-LBGA package, you will find fpga chips. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. A total of 178 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block consists of 8000 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 1.2V volts. There is a Field Programmable Gate Arrays family component in this FPGA part. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. This device is powered by a 1.15V~1.25V battery. The FPGA belongs to the MAX? 10 series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ range. A total of 178 outputs are incorporated into this device. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. In total, there are a total of 256 terminations on fpga chips. This device has 387072 RAM bits, which is the number of RAM bits that this device offers. An array of 500 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA.
