Fpga chips is supplied in the 324-LFBGA package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. A total of 246 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. The basic building blocks of logic contain 4000 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part.
