In the 256-LFBGA package, you will find fpga chips. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. A total of 176 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block is made up of 10320 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. This device is powered by a 1.2V battery. As part of the Cyclone? 10 LP series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ range. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tray. In total, it has 256 terminations on each end. This device is equipped with 423936 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si423936e. 645 LABs and CLBs are built into this FPGA. A CLB is a basic module that determines the architecture of a system.
