The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 40-DIP (0.620, 15.75mm). High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tube. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 16-Bit cores and 1 Core 16-Bit bus width. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA. In the SCC series, it is found. With a core count of Z16C00, this CPU is multicore. I/O is run at 5.0V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type.
