TPS60100PWPR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 20 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 2V is required for switching regulator operation.
