A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. This harley voltage regulator has 10 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz~2.5MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 60V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation.
