SY89610LMG-TR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 32-MLF? package. A clock generator's input is called CML, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 694MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. CML logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
