In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package. In this case, PECL, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 1.12GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel.
