STW81200T Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. It contains a total of 36 terminations within RF synthesizer. In this case, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 6GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Approximately 2.7V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.5V. Clock generator ic works with 2.5V~5.4V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. It's compatible with Clock logic levels.
