STUW81300TR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. As a result of this, we can find 36 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 16GHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.4V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons.
