Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. In this case, Clock, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. An up to 4.65GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided.
