STPM11ATR Overview
This package is packed in Tape & Reel (TR). 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. Surface Mount is one of the available options. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. Using a 3V~5.5V power supply, it operates as it should. See more similar parts on STPM1. In its low-level I/O ports, this PMIC has a voltage of 0.8V. This device displays a voltage of 1.5V for high-level I/Os. The part has 20 terminations. This PMIC ANALOG CIRCUITIC is powerful. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 5V. Users should be noted that this device requires 3V or higher voltage to start up. It is recommended that the maximum voltage that can be applied to the device should be kept below 5.5V. Joined 20 pins make up the frame.
